BiolMed Innovations: has been awarded the BIRAC-SBIRI grant for their second product Serimat. Serimat is a biocompatible matrix that can be used for soft tissue regeneration especially in organ reconstruction surgeries. This grant will enable Biolmed to complete advance preclinical (safety and efficacy) studies on the product.
SynThera Biomedical: Received a test licence from CDSCO for their product SynOst Bioactive Synthetic Bone Graft Putty. Their patent titled “Manufacture Of Porous Glass And Glass-Ceramic Particulate Structures By Gel Casting” was granted by the Indian Patent Office on 17 December 2018. They have also received funding via BIRAC-PATH program for filing of above patent in the US.
Bioprime Agrisolutions: As a part of market test run, they have sold 100 MT granular and 600 L liquid fertilizer in 10 states. They have also set up a manufacturing facility for scaling up both their granular and liquid product (20 MT/ month and 10,000 L/month, respectively). They have also filed for 3 patents and 11 trademarks, of which 4 have already been registered. They also report a turnover in excess of Rs. 1.5 crore for the last FY.
Nayam Innovations has filed for 1 PCT and 1 National phase application. They have also raised equity investments from key industry veterans and existing investors.
Genrich Membranes: Sale of 15LPM oxygen Enrichment Unit for Industrial applications at R & D scale to Fertis India Pvt. Ltd. They have also received the third milestone of SPARSH grant.
Dee Dee Labs: Filed for design registration of the mechanical hand prototype. They have also been featured in the Hindustan Times and Biospectrum.
